At McHugh's Residential Construction, most of what we do is work on homes people already live in. Whole-home renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodels, room additions, second stories, in-law suites — the projects that change how a house works without starting over. We build custom homes too, on your lot, start to finish. But the majority of our twenty years has been spent improving houses across Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Pasco County.
We're family owned and veteran owned, and everything we do is residential. That means the person who quotes your job is the person accountable for it, and you'll have their number. It also means we're not splitting attention with commercial work or running more jobs at once than we can stand behind.
